Delivery and returns

PLEASE NOTE: All items ordered between Sunday 15th July and Monday 23rd July, will not be shipped until Tuesday 24th July. We apologise for any inconvenience cause.

We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are unhappy with your goods, please contact Customer Services at support@bunnysmalls.com and we will arrange an exchange or full refund of the product value. Goods should be returned to the following address:

Returns and exchanges can be accepted, provided the items are returned to us in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging, within 14 days.  For hygiene purposes, no returns or exchanges can be accepted on knickers. We will not accept returns of soiled or worn garments.

When posting back items for return or exchange, we suggest that you receive a receipt of postage from the post office as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

Please allow up to 7 working days upon our receipt of your package for your exchange or refund to be issued.

Delivery information

UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. International orders are sent via Royal Mail Airsure. Deliveries may require a signature, so you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

Bunny Smalls has a set delivery cost of £3.95 throughout the UK and £7.95 for international orders.

Once payment has been approved please allow 3-5 working days for UK deliveries. International delivery times may vary depending on destination.

If any order is out of stock we will notify you and advise of the anticipated delivery date. All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines.
